5. OFFER PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS
The offer must contain:
- the complete manufacturer details ( address, sales history, turnover, production capacity, main clients, etc)
- European quality certificates issued by manufacturer;
- edifying pictures taken from manufacturer’s facilities, production lines, and packaging lines;
- edifying pictures of the product;
- confirmed technical details of the product (weight, overall dimensions, chemical composition, according to customer’s requirements);
- confirmed technical details of the bundle;
- the final price established according to the estimated quantity;
- any other elements which can be considered important for offer’s evaluation and manufacture’s qualification.
NOTE:
ALL requirements must be respected. No deviation will be accepted. The incomplete offers will be not taken in consideration.
