The CKG5112 CNC High Speed Vertical Lathe features
1 CKG51 series of CNC high-speed single-column vertical lathe is applicable to the hard alloy and the ceramic cutting tools etc., they be used for mechanical processing such as rough , semi-finishing and finishing machining black metal, nonferrous metals and non-metallic parts’inside and outside the cylinder, inner and outer conical surface, head face,grooving, and rotative surface etc.
2 Main drive adopts AC main spindle servo motor drive, two gear variable speed , high speed rotating workpiece can do both the static and dynamic balance; Adopts high precision drive gear, gear grinding process.Achieved high drive efficiency, low noise and under high rotating speed running reliably and smoothly.
3 The column is thermal symmetrical structure and is installation on the base of working table. Through the computer finite element calculation, use the finite vibration isolation measures, have high stiffness, high anti-seismic ability.
4 The working table is thermal symmetrical structure, main shaft of workbench is centered by the high precision and adiustable diametral clearance biserial short cylindrical roller bearing, axial direction adopts high accuracy large-scale thrust ball bearing as rolling guide ,and configure the oil temperature device, therefore he working table has characteristics of high rotation precision, good carrying capacity and small thermal deformation etc.
