The C5225 Double Column Vertical Lathe features
1 The series vertical lathes can be used for mechanical processing such as rough and finishing machining inside and outside the cylinder, inner and outer conical surface, head face,grooving etc.
2 Machine tool main drive for AC motor drives,The AC motor drives the main shaft through the 16 step or 4 step changing speed mechanism;Achieved the workbench rotate speed range.
3.The main shaft of workbench is centered by the high precision and adiustable diametral clearance biserial short cylindrical roller bearing. With the constant current and static pressure rack in axial direction. The workbench has the features of high running accuracy, large carrying capacity and small thermal deformation.
4 According to customer’s need with the isothermal cooling unit and independent hydraulic pressure station system, can be ensure the lathe operated at high working accuracy and stable of technical criteria.
5. The guide surfaces of lathe body, beam and ram using accurate grinding、high precision and good quality.
6 Machine tool with the PLC controlling system. Thus ensure the quality of electrical appliances in the stable and reliable.
7 Additional accessories for digital displaying 、electric grinding head and turning tapering can be provided according to customer’s requirements.
