Profiles with teeth made and strips inserted→To roll and to achieve tightness of profiles.
Function: (Product after feeding→rolling tightly)
1. The special equipment for manufacturing thermal barrier profile. With three groups of carbine
hobbing wheel, it is used to press and fasten the profile with thermal barrier strip. 2. Adopts three sets of roller to roll combination of strip and aluminum profile tightly
Working principle:
Adjust the hobbing cutter into the notch of profiles, draw the profile by rotating the cutter, and thus press and fasten two sides of the profile
Features：
1. Use three sets (six pairs or 12 pieces) rollers for recombination for profiles with the inserted
thermal barrier strips through rolling and achieve tight combination for the profile with strip.
2. Use three sets high precision digital pressure testing, which is capable for accurately measuring
pressure of each set during rolling, and the overall six rollers can be vertically adjusted (0-60mm) by Electric.
3. Stepless speed regulation through frequency converter with accuracy guide screw, linear guiding
orbit movement
4. Dynamic digital display pressure device
