Description：
Mesh-belt Type Stainless Steel Bright Annealing Furnace(Steel belt)
Main application and structural features:
1． Adopting ammonia dissociation atmosphere as protective atmosphere, workpieces is non-oxidizing heated ,cooled in the condition of high temperature, reaching bright treatment effect.
2．Suitable for the powder metallurgical sintering, brazing (brazing, silver soldering, etc.) of various precision parts , copper alloy parts, magnetic materials’ bright annealing , stainless steel ( such as ,stainless steel tableware tools, stainless steel precision products) bright annealing , stainless steel heating tube nigrities and flange treatment.
3．The production line has the advanced control, notable rhythm, and easy maintenance. Workpieces delivery using high-temperature resistance metal mesh belt or steel belt with stepless speed regulating. All heating area adopts PID contactless auto-adjust power control, multizone to control temperature ,protection air supply using ammonia decomposition furnace mating with gas purification system .
