Details
Adopt PLC setting and designed per requirement of cutting short material, small material and mass production. Smooth cutting section surface and burr-free. No need for secondary processing, high efficiency and high precision. Be suitable for sawing various irregular non-ferrous metals, aluminums, aluminum alloys, coppers, copper alloys, plastics, organic glasses (acrylic sheets) and carbon fibers and so on, especially suitable for precise sawing electronic components, cooling fin, sound panel, video card, network card, CPU, MP3 aluminum case and U disk aluminum case and so on.
1、Set by PLC, machine auto-feed, auto-clamp and auto-cutting. Repeated auto-operation. High cutting precision, low vibration, low noise, simple operation, high efficiency and be suitable for long-time and large amount of cutting.
2、Floating feeding system: harmless to work-piece surface. 600mm single feeding stroke and 3 consecutive feeding. It is especially suitable for cutting short material.
3、Cooling cycle system makes work-piece cutting section smooth and burr-free, which prolongs using life of saw blade.
