Stable wire feeding and without the phenomenon of intermittent and slipping feeding can completely satisfied a chain requirements of advanced casting machine control
1. Technical description
The intelligent double-wire self-feeder supplies two Al5TiB wires at the same time, and synchronous servos the frequency converted motor and automatically displays and quantitatively &reasonably adjusts the input amount of the grain refiner Al5TiB according to product specifications、 casting speed and the signals of the speed-measuring motor in the output of the wire self-feeder
