Dear Sir/Madam,
At present our company urgently needs a conventional gantry milling machine with moveable crossrail withthe working table size 4 m*12 m and the milling head diameter 200 mm.
The machine has the following specifications:
2. without tool magazine (because it will be employed for one typical operation)
3. 2 vertical angular milling heads at the crossrail (to lessen time spent on workpiece machining)
4. fixed table length - 12000mm, width - 4000 mm
5. milling height (processing height) - 250-400 mm
6. spindle speed range - about 315 rpm
7. cutting speed - 250 mm/min
8. depth-of-cut at 1 passage- 6 mm
9. overall dimensions of the machine: length- 16 000 mm, height- 2500-3000mm
