Base on our foil feed system; we have engineered a new aluminum foil embosser which can make decoration in ever lasting quality and feed foil smoothly.
Main Features:
1. Aluminum foil embosser is build with solid steel structure with high feeding foil precision.
2. Aluminum foil embosser is equipped with electronic control brake system to create tension of foil, so it can work continuously for a very long time.
3. The aluminum roll are supported by an expansion shaft which is inserted into the core. It is easy to load and unwind the coil progressively.
4. According to your samples、blueprints or constructions, we can design and manufacture delicate decoration as a distinctive sign of your company, so as to meet your specific needs.
5. The length instrument adopts an interactive controller (this can be replaced by a PLC controller as different requirement.). It is in high performance and great flexibility. In order to optimize this system, decoiler can adopt SIEMENS touch-screen panel (optional equipment) to quickly set the machines’ parameters. It can realize many functions, such as language converting, counting containers and remembering.
6. The maximum width of aluminum roll is 650mm, so it is suitable to embosses all kinds of container, no matter how big the container is.
7. Aluminum foil embosser includes a lubricator for aluminum strip by tank; it is easy for aluminum foil strip lubrication and adding oil.
