Certification Requirements: ISO9002, etc. Painted both sides aluminium gutter and downpipe coils required for shipping into South Africa. We require coils to be painted both sides in the following colours; MARBLE WHITE, ROYAL BROWN, RICH IVORY, CHARCOAL GREY, FOREST GREEN, ANTHRACITE BLACK. Coils to be the following width and guage...266 x 0,6mm; 285 x 0,6mm; 349 x 0,6mm; 355 x 0,6mm and 448 x 0,8mm. Coils to be coated white on one side, and the colour on the reverese side, coated both sides with 20 microns. The coils are to be packaged in coil weights of between 150 to 180kg"s. We require a realible and consisent supplier who is able to match our colour standard. We require test results for roll-forming purposes, test results for rain water goods usage and guarantee certificates. We require approximately 10,000kg"s of coil per month.
