Application HARDUN series aluminum alloy solution heat treatment furnace are mainly used for solid solution and ageing heat treatment of car wheel hub, motor wheel hub ,car cylinder and other aluminum alloy parts. Product Feature For HARDUN series aluminum alloy solution heat treatment furnace , we adopt microcomputer cabinet to control temperature with high accuracy. Characteristics of cabinet: 1. We can set speed and time for heating up ,holding and cooling down, the technology curves are automatic fulfilled. 2. Computer can figure out power according to corresponding temperature and time, the holding power can be put out automatically, which can save energy by 60%, it can overcomes thermal intertia, temperature over-adjustment and lagging, tolerance of temperature control is ±1－3℃. 3. Output power can be adjusted from 0 to 100% automatically or manually according to furnace load or technical requirements. 4. Thyristor can be connected or cut off without contact point. 5. It can record technology curve automatically. 6. It alarms when the temperature exceeds normal value and it can also automatically cut off the power.
