Details
The attached photo is the model of ALDU-IC in-line degassing equipment with one nozzles. It’s designed to removing hydrogen in the aluminum metal to achieve better quality of the final aluminum product. The type is widely used in the rolling production line and casting line of high flow. The degasser is using spinning nozzle to spray the high purity inert gas to the liquid metal to remove the hydrogen and the inclusion. We can custom-design according to customers’ situation.
After 8 years' continuous development and improvement, we have made the second generation of in-line degassing equipment.
For in-line degassing system, the significant improvement is as below:
1. reserve the heating system on the cover lid to keep the temperature and ensure the high efficiency of hydrogen removing
2. specially design for the rolling manufactory, can meet with the metal flow 5~10t/hr
3.suitable for single aluminum manufacture
