It mainly used for quenching, annealing, aging treatment of high chromium, high manganese steel castings, nodular cast iron, steel, rolling, steel ball,45steel ,stainless steel and all kinds of mechanical parts’ heat treatment . 2、Equipment brief introduction This series trolley type resistance furnace shell is welded by steel plate and structure steel, furnace bottom in combined with trolley light railway, users don’t need basis installation, only need to place on flat cement ground ,then can be used. Furnace lining is made up of super lightweight refractory bricks, adopts high quality, long fiber thorn blanket, diatomite brick as the insulation material ,furnace mouth using heavy impact-proof brick, trolley surfacing heavy high aluminum surface pressure defense brick. Apart from using labyrinth refractory for masonry between furnace body and trolley, also applying automatical acting sealing mechanism to reduce heat radiation to the furnace and convection losses, and also can improve temperature uniformity.The heating element is screwed up by high temperature resistance alloy wires and installed on the hearth's two sides, furnace door, the rear wall and the silk brick set of placing trolley . Trolley is installed with high temperature resisting and compression resistance casting furnace bottom board, to carry workpieces .Furnace door apparatus is composed of furnace door, furnace door hoisting mechanism and furnace door compressing device.Furnace door shell is welded to a stable frame structure by structural steel and panel; module is suppressed by refractory fiber which is overlapped spread in inner, good insulation performance and light weight are required .Furnace door lifting appliance is mainly made up of furnace door frame, furnace door lifting beams,chain wheel , drive shaft and bearings . Clamping device is made use of dead-weight of furnace door to automatically loosen and tighten furnace door by pulley and chute. When loosen, after moving out to a horizontal distance, then going up; when furnace door is falling, the pulley and chute of furnace door will level shift the furnace door to a state of pressure sealing, such structure is with characteristics of good safety performance, long service life .Trolley frame is welded shaping by structural steel , its rigidity ensure that it is without distortion in full load.With the refractory lining, easy collision and bearing parts using heavy brick for masonry,strengthen the structural intensity of furnace lining ,trolley to walk by using self-traveling structure, reducer drive chain wheel to drive travelling wheel to walk on the track . Trolley sealing adopts the automatic labyrinth structure to seal ,when trolley enter into the furnace, then seal up after automatic rise by the effect of cams and idler wheel bevel .Trolley was pulled out, the seal grooves falls by itself, when the seal grooves is filled up with sealed sand ,then it is not necessary to add frequently. Trolley was pulled out, furnace door lifting for chain control, it means that when the furnace door is opened ,then automatic disconnection of heating elements ,meanwhile , restore power for trolley travelling mechanism.On the contrary ,when furnace door is closed in place ,then automatically cut off power for trolley walking mechanism ,meanwhile ,restore heating elements power supply .
