Description: Application: This kind of furnace is used for bright annealing of various kinds of metal pieces, such as steel pieces and copper pieces. Structure 1. Furnace Body The shell is rolled of 4mm steel plate, with strengthening profiled bar. The inside lining is built of aluminum silicate fiber cotton or bricks and typing bricks that placed evenly. Resistance wire is put on the bricks. 2. Furnace Cover The furnace cover is made of 25MM steel plate. An insulating course is made the under-part of the cover. There is a vacuum pressure gauge set on the furnace cover. The pipeline and the valve (The joint is plug and play type.) for vacuumizing and admitting Nitrogen is furnished with pressure safety device. 3. Furnace retort The furnace retort is made of 8MM stainless steel. A stop-off strip is welded on the bottom .On the top, there’s a cooling water jacket and a sand seal device with binding bolt. 4. Heat Element There are three kinds of resistance wire, 0Cr25Al5, 0Cr27Al7Mo2 and Cr20Ni80, for coiling. 5. Sealed Device The furnace cover and retort are sealed by dual layer composite structure. The inner layer is graphite asbestos sliver; the outer layer is oil-proof and temperature resistant Silastic. A water-cooling apparatus is set especially for prolonging the life time of the sealed device. 6. Water Cooled Device Water Cooled Device includes two set that separately welded on the flange of the furnace cover and the furnace retort to protect the sealing materials. Salient Feature This kind of furnace is built of fine quality heat insulator and refractory material .It has the advantage of good heat-insulating property and low energy consumption. Temperature-controlled precision keeps high by PID control of a Japanese digital instrument. SSR, which is a solid-state relay, the upgrading products of controlled silicon, is used for the switching element.SSR also has advantages of long usage life and no sound, no sparkle on working time.
