-The Excellent Replacement for Corrosive pig-iron Ladle
APPLICATIONS
• High pressure die casting
• Gravity die casting
• Sand casting
BENEFITS
• Lightweight
• Minimal pre-heating required
• Low thermal heat sink
• Excellent mechanical properties
• High erosion resistance
• Good skull release
• Non-wetted by molten aluminium
• No iron contamination
• Low maintenance
• Reduced holding temperatures
The Composite Ceramic materials can withstand slight mechanical damages. The wall thickness of ladles, launders, slag rings and other products made of this material can be effectively controlled within 5mm-30mm, which is thinner and much lighter than the common refractory products, therefore, it is especially suitable for automatic mechanical devices, which can meet the demands of most customers. This material has very good wear resistance and thermal insulation characteristics compared with many other materials commonly used in similar products.
As a material with a density of 1600Kg/M³, it shows a special strength and density ratio. The surface of the ceramic composite products are all coated with boron nitride coating in production , and the special non-stick aluminum characteristics of this coating greatly enhance the performance of the product made of composite ceramics.
Characteristics:
1: Excellent insulation performance, with low heat loss, lower temperature change, no oxide film grown on the inner and outer surfaces of the chute, no increase of iron impurities, which helps ensure the purity of molten aluminum, and reduces product defects such as slag inclusions and pores caused by the oxide film.
2: Low costs in maintenance, small cracks or damages on the surface can be repaired in time with a repair agent, and it can be used again after being dried, polished and painted with brush paint. If such phenomenon occurs, it should be used after being repaired.
3: High strength and slight mechanical damage. Under the circumstance of not being damaged on purpose, no accidents such as aluminum leakage or disintegration would occur.
4: Long life expectancy, anti-oxidation. When the blue BN paint on the surface of the product turns white, it should be sprayed (brushed) in time. When there are dents and grid cloth on the product, it should be repaired smoothly with a repair agent in time, and then sprayed with BN paint after being drying. The average service life of the Ceramic ladle under normal working conditions (timely maintenance) is no less than 30,000 to 60,000 times, and the shelf life of the chute is 3 months.
5: Simple and convenient operation, improved work efficiency. For the first use, it is recommended to hang the ladle about 20cm above the molten aluminum, subsequently, it can be used in about 20 minutes. The temperature should not exceed 350°C during preheating. And The time for preheating is within 30 minutes. If the ladle is soaked in aluminum soup for more than 15 minutes, the service life of the ladle will be seriously shortened, in addition, the temperature of the ladle should not be higher than 850℃.
6: It has a wide range of applications and can be used in a variety of casting forms. Forms such as high pressure casting, gravity casting and sand casting have been widely adopted.

Can be customized based on customer demand, for example, the ladle can be made from 0.5kg to dozens of kilograms in terms of its capacity.
Instructions
1: Do not blow the aluminum residue or the wall of the ladle (except for the compressor with dehumidification function) using high-pressure gas containing moisture
2: Cracks will occur when it comes in contact with gas containing water long-term use of compressed gas containing water will seriously shorten the service life of the ladle. Therefore, it is recommended to use BN paint that matches it. When the blue BN paint on the surface of the product turns white, it should be sprayed (brushed) in time. When the product appears sunken and grid cloth, it should be repaired smoothly with a repair agent in time, and then sprayed with BN paint after being dried.
3: Bake it at 20 to 30 cm above the surface of the molten aluminum for 20 minutes before using it. Do not soak in the molten aluminum for a long time. Do not use it without boron nitride or full protection of the coating agent. If there are small cracks on the surface, use repairing agent in time. Subsequently, bake, polish, and re-brush boron nitride or coating agent. Do not collide, avoid direct burning with open flames, and avoid of water and vapour.
