Electrostatic oiler for alumimum container foil

TRIOA^â Horizontal Electrostatic Oiler (H.E.S.O) was designed for uniform and precision oiling on the surface of alumimum container foil.

State-of- the-art Nozzles-atomizer techniques can charge the mist during atomization and electrostatic absorption, which making it possible to coat uniform without blocking and skipping and lowest coating weight up to 20mg/m² per side by strip travel horizontally.

How it Works

 After setting of coating weight and coating width, PLC will command metering pump properly according to synchronous line speed. The quantified oil enters the nozzle through the metering pump for atomization and charging to form charged oil particles in micrometers; at the same time, big charged oil particles will be screened in the atomization chamber, then the charged oil mist particles are evenly adsorbed on the surface of moving strip by electrostatic force when the air flow with charged oil mist goes into adsorption chamber .

3. Double couple electrodes with discharge point make electrostatic force more intensive, avoiding oil mist spilling.
