    (China Aluminium Network)Nitto Seiko Co., Ltd actively did research on mass production technology and finally developed aluminum self-tapping screws of high strength. Currently such a technology is applying patent.


    It is reported self-tapping screws boast required performance and can achieve mass production. The produced products own stronger market competitiveness. Nitto Seiko Co., Ltd expects future market to use more and more aluminum fasteners and launch a series of sales activities. 



    Compared with the aluminum fasteners of high strength developed in 2008, the R&D products price declines 50%.



    The surface of such kind of self-tapping screw realizes special surface treatment through newly developed treatment technology. Self-tapping screws boast excellent thread effect and have handled the problems encountered in 2008.


    As introduced, Self-tapping screws own special thread shape and surface treatment with good paste. Product size is φ3 ~ φ5, and its basic material is A7050. Screw head shape can be made based on customers’ requirement.
