EU imposed 22.3% anti-dumping duty on China¡¯s aluminum alloy wheels

(China Aluminum Network) Nov.28th, EU Commission issued a public notice. EU made a final rule anti-dumping case of China’s aluminum wheels. EU decided to impose 22.3% anti-dumping duty on China’s products for five years. EU commission calculated the dumping margin our enterprises involved according to subrogate country-Turkey data. The calculated dumping margin was 23.81-67.66% and injury margin 22.3%. According to EU law, "the principle of low taxation”, EU determined the flat rate was 22.3%. The ruling of this case gave a heavy blow to aluminum alloy wheels enterprises, affecting more than 60 exporting companies with nearly  400,000,000 dollars export profit.
