(China Alumnium Network) Shenzhen Stock Exchange announced on November 15, Liyuan Aluminium will be listed for trading on November 17 2010. The issue price of Liyuan Aluminium is 35 yuan/share, corresponding earnings ratio 63.64 times. This time, the total shares are 23,600,000 shares, after issues, the total share will be 93,600,000 shares, in which 18,880,000 shares priced online will be for trading since they are listed.
Liyuan Aluminium mainly engages in business of developing, producing and selling various aluminium alloy profiles. Now it has been one of the 5 suppliers for high-speed railway carriage. They are not only the only aluminium profile supplier for the shell and main frame of Apple Laptops, but also the key supplier for FAW-Volkswagen Audi, BMW, Beijing Benz, and Security Insurance Parts of Shanghai GM, also has been the key supplier for curtain wall for Beijing Olympic Bird's Nest.
From 2006 to 2009, the annual output of this company is rapidly increasing from 12,000 tons to 60,000 tons, and production capacity from 10,000 tons to 46,000 tons, growth rate is rather higher than the industry average.
