    China's steel exports in the fourth quarter depends on four factors

    (China Aluminum Network) On the industry forum held in Beijing from Nov. 6th -7th, Qi Xiangdong, the former deputy secretary-general of China Steel Association, said the first three quarters China's exports of crude steel is about 36,241,400 tons, increase by 116.73%. But the chain point of view, in fact, in July exports of crude steel is about 4,831,800 tons, down by 20.03%; in August, were down by 37.94%; still dropped 21.86% on average in September than last half year. From current situation, China's steel export in fourth quarter depends on four factors:
    First, The recovery of world economy, whether the need of international market can steadily and of effetely increase. 
    Second, whether the release level of the world's steel production capacity can achieve the balance between supply and demand.
    Third, the changing degree of exchange rate.
    Fourth, international trade protectionism and customs barrier policy.
