(China Aluminium Network) It is reported that , as the largest production base of aluminum alloy, BaoTou aluminium has actively researched and developed the low-carbon economy for years. The aluminium electrolysis alloy technology has effectively achieved the energy reduction, and reached the international level, also has filled the gap in this industry in China.

The aluminium electrolysis alloy technology researched by Baotou Aluminum includes producing aluminum basic alloy by using electrolytic method, making high class aluminum directly by electrolysis bath, and directly casting the aluminium ally and aluminum alloy primary materials from electrolysis primary aluminum. This technique effectively shorted the aluminum alloy process, and reduces the 2% -3% burning damage of aluminum for the secondary remelting, also can reduce the secondary environmental pollution of remelting, which has set a good model for energy conservation and emission reduction, and generate significant economic, social and environmental benefits.
