China's Baotou Aluminium to delist tomorrow following Chaco takeover

BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - Baotou Aluminium Co Ltd (SHA 600472) said it will delist tomorrow, following its takeover by Aluminum Corp of China Ltd (Chalco) (SHA 601600; HK 2600).
Chalco bought Baotou Aluminium for 21.67 yuan per share in cash, or a swap of 1.48 A-shares for every Baotou share.
In a statement filed with the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Baotou said the delisting will affect Shanghai indices such as the SSE 180 and China Securities 800 Index.
