AL-MES system researched and developed by Chalco filled industrial margin

(China Aluminum Network) Currently national ministry of science and technology has identified AL-MES, which was researched and developed by Chalco with independent intellectual property right. The project fill the margin of China’s aluminum smelting and manufacturing execution, first applied AL-MES to the MES system construction for aluminum industry and enterprises. The project technology reached international advanced level.
AL-MES is for a system gathering aluminum smelting process and business development. Based on spot site process and procedures, AL-MES develops related PCS, PLC, video surveillance, process data acquisition interface and PCS seamless integration on production site. Through building dynamic mass balance model, AL-MES supports scheduling of alumina and electrolytic aluminum production and finally realizes integration of detection, control, optimization, monitoring, scheduling, management of production process. After the application of the system, it can improve overall production efficiency of 7%.
