(China Aluminium Network) October 27, professional aluminum analyst of China Nonferrous Metals Industrial Association said on 2010 China International Aluminum Forum that China Development and Reform Commission had decided to sell some aluminum ingots of this purchasing and storage. The former day, director of China Development and Reform Commission Tang Yan delivered a speech on the forum that China would establish nonferrous metals purchasing and storage mechanism in order to adjust market’s supply and demand, but now the schedule hasn’t been defined.
Tang Yan said it was a complex procedure and it was not easy to nail down the changes of cost. A lot of questions needed to be considered. Therefore there was no schedule to build nonferrous metals purchasing and storage mechanism.
