MIIT: Elimination of backward production capacity will be finished by the end of September

Securities Daily, September 8: Xin Guobin, director of Monitoring and Coordination Board of MIIT said on September 7th, influenced by ‘low before, high after’ last year, in the second half of this year, industrial growth speed has a certain fall.
