Market trade exchange assembly of National non-ferrous metals industry came to an end

On July 30th, 2010, National Nonferrous Metals market trade meeting was held in Da Kaisha Hotel, Yangzhou, Jiangsu. Secretary of raw material company of MIIT, Jia Yinsong, vice mayor of Yangzhou people’s government, Wen Daocai, expert in nonferrous metals futures market, Jiang Wuchang, Vice manager of Aluminium Corporation of China, Deputy director of the Group Management Committee, Ren Xudong, present of China Aluminium Network, Mao Jicheng and other leaders attended the meeting. The meeting was presided by Wang Xihui, vice secretary of industrial group of China’s nonferrous metals group.

Jia Yinsong delivered an important speech on the meeting. He said nonferrous metals and iron & steel in interactive, nickel and stainless steel is relevant, Aluminium has big relation with stainless steel.
That is aluminium is the second largest area. In the past, there was not enough aluminum for cans, which forced steel factories to make cans using cold rolled steel. But with the development of modern technology, there are many more cans. Aluminium palys an important role in replacing. Therefore, aluminium rose 51.3%.

Another issue covers automobiles. What is the relation between autos and us? This year there are 18,910,000 cars, while last year 13,790,000. It is obvious growth of cars shows that autos have driven aluminium growth.
The third crucial highlight of this meeting was that partner signing ceremony launched by 10 organizations. The ceremony was presided by Ren Xudong, vice manager of Chinalco, deputy director of group management committee.
