    Chinalco investment eyes on Xinjiang

    With the backing of Xinjiang, Xinjiang welcomed the historical opportunity for major projects, widely open-up and active development. Aluminum Corporation of China( Abbreviated Chinalco) also eyes on investment in Xinjiang.


    On the morning of July 8th, vice-manager of Chinalco, party member Lv Youqing, executive director of Chalco, vice- chairman Liu Xiangmin, director of capital management Mao Xiaoling paid a visit to Xinjiang Nonferrous metals. They held a forum on seeking strategic co-operation, entering into a framework agreement, exploiting resources in Xinjiang and pursuing mutual benefits based on development. Party secretary of the group, chairman Yuan Ze expressed he would support actively and do great efforts to coordinate with Chinalco’s development strategy in Xinjiang. Meanwhile he expected that Chinalco’s influence would drive the development of Xinjiang nonferrous industry. Liu Xiangmin said its development in Xinjiang couldn’t separate with Xinjiang nonferrous industry, hoping to enter into deep co-operation.
