The Acquisition of Lifeng Aluminium has been Approved

Vimetco N.V., the Dutch-based global, vertically integrated producer of primary and processed aluminium products, has announced that the shareholder meeting of Henan Zhongfu Industry Co. Ltd. (¡°Zhongfu¡±), held on November 22 in Gongyi, Henan Province (China), has approved the acquisition of Lifeng Aluminium with 100 % of the votes in attendance.

Zhongfu is indirectly majority owned by Vimetco NV.
