Comprehensive news, with total investment of 440 million U.S. dollars, Dalian Huicheng Aluminum Co.,Ltd held laying ceremony for the production project of aluminum alloy plate& strip of high precision and large size.

It is reported Dalian Huicheng Aluminum Co.,Ltd is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise established by British pilot Holdings Limited. This company specialized in aluminum alloy plate & strip of high precision and large size. The project covers an area of 300,000 square meters with a total investment of 440 million U.S. dollars. It will be completed in 2012 and put into production with a designed annual production capacity of 200,000 tons. It is expected the annual sales income will be 9 billion yuan and annual taxes paid is 800 million yuan.

Reporters also learn that aluminum alloy plates are widely used in civil aircraft( especially to meet the demand of commercial large aircraft), autos, boats,models, petrochemicals, PAS equipment, railways, etc. Once this project is finished, it will ensure the raw material for Dalian aviation industry and manufacturing industry of  transportation facilities.
