Depp technology purchased the business of aluminum electrolytic capacitors of Changzhou Dayou

May 10£¬According to Hongkong news, Tech PRO Technology announced they purchased all the shares of Splendid Victory Development Limited with 5.5 million yuan. The net profit of SPD was about 4,880 million yuan and the sales income last year was 6,032 million yuan. The major assets was owned indirectly by Dayou, Changzhou. Changzhou Dayou is specialized in  aluminum electrolytic capacitors of chip type. It had a plant with annual productivity of 700 000 000 capacitors. The chairman of Depp Technology, Yan Qixu pointed that aluminum electrolytic capacitors of chip type is smaller than this group’s existing products. This purchase is beneficial for the development of related business.
