Aluminum price rises difficultly due to productivity growth and large stock

This week domestic monetary policy and real estate policy have generated great impact on basic metals, such as copper, aluminum and zinc, which have fallen below long-term average line. The weekly report of Shanghai aluminium was about 16,210 yuan, decreased 340 yuan with a range of 2.05%. The lowest was 15,660 yuan. There exsited rebound trend after price dropped largely, but overcapacity and big stock of aluminum brought pressure to the upside of aluminum price. Aluminum market was weak. On the other hand, cost reduced the space of the aluminum price to fall.
