Huaze Aluminum and Power held 2010 annual meetings of shareholders for the first time

April 27, Shanxi Huaze Aluminum and Power Co., Ltd. held Second-seventh Board meeting and 2010 first meeting of shareholders.  Chairman Guo Shunxi, vice chairman Chang Wensheng attended this meeting as delegates of Aluminum Corporation of China and Shanxi Zhangze Electric Power Co., Ltd. Director Xie Hong, Wang Chao, Wu Maoseng, chairman of Supervisory Board Wei Dongting, Secretary of the Board Shang Shengrong and others were present on the meeting. Chairman Guo Shunxi hosted the meeting.
