Northwest Aluminum : Core mill housing of Aluminum foil project lifted successfully

April 20, Aluminum Corporation of China branch--Northwest Aluminum has successfully lifted two major 2100 mm milling housing of Aluminum rolling mills, which is one the main equipments with 50,000 tons aluminum foil item. This action marked that Northwest Aluminium Processing Branch has fully carried out the work of introducing equipment installation. Each leaf of  lifted mill housing weighed over 40 tons, which was lifted by the merger of two cranes. Before the lifting, Northwest Aluminum decided the lifiting scheme with foreign technicians and installation units. They put forward strict requirement for preparation work. Comprehensive consideration of the use of hangers, spot environment and surrounding conditions were made, which ensured a successful hoisting.
