Famed as Fujian “Taiwan Village” by people, Fuqing Hong Kuan industrial estate recently has increased 12 enterprises with a total investment of 116 million U.S. dollars. It is expected that this year’s output value may break through 10 billion yuan. Over 2o-year development, now there have been 125 enterprises on 10-square-kilometer Hong Kuan industrial village. Among these enterprises, 82 Taiwan-funded enterprises have an annual output value over 8.0 billion yuan, which have formed the major concentrated area for electrical and industrial transfer. Hong Kuan industrial village has planned to establish these large zones including Tiawan Mechanics and Electrics, aluminium industry and comprehensive industry. The major products of operating enterprises cover generators, precise moulds, newsletter, aluminium deep process, hardware, textile and printing, garments and shoes, daily chemicals,etc. Estalished in March,2006, Hong Kuan Taiwan mechanics and electrics garden based on high technology, high premium, low pollution, low energy. At present, Hong Kuan has a bright prosperity with 45 enterprises settled down, whose industry value accounts for 65% of the total value. Just in a few years it has became the backbone enterprise of Hong Kuan industry village.
