Aluminum Industry Products Output and Economic Benefits of China to Boost in 2007

Recently 2007 Aluminum Industry Development Forum is held in Baise, Guangzhou. According to the information by Lang Dazhan, vice director of China Nonferrous Industry Association, China’s aluminum industry products output and economic benefits boost in 2007.
From Jan. to Aug. in 2007, China alumina output increases by 53.36% to 14.472 million tons. Xiangjiang Wanji Aluminum, Zhongzhou Branch of Chalco, Kaiman Aluminum 3rd Stage Project and Sanmenxia Aluminum 3rd Stage Project commence the production. Electrolyze aluminum output increases by 36.82% to 9.179 million tons. Output of September reaches 1.119 million tons, the highest in the history. Aluminum processing product output increases by 40.87% to 8.028 million tons.
