    CIMC Vehicles Co.,Ltd. cooperated with the Alcoa

    Recently, CIMC Vehicles Co.,Ltd. signed an agreement with the Alcoa on the cooperation of aluminum alloy oil trucks.


    Different form the developed countries, the oil trucks at domestic are still make of stainless steel rather than aluminum alloy, however, the traces of iron and other elements contained in the stainless steel will dissolved in the oil and affected the quality of oil.


    The oil truck applied aluminum alloys are No 3003 alloys and No 5052 alloys, whose thickness are limited within 20mm.


    According to the agreement, the experienced Alcoa will provide the required alloy for the company and it will also support the company with high manufacturing technique.


    Compared with the traditional stainless steel oil trucks, the aluminum alloy trucks are boast of light weight, high efficiency and low emission.


    It is reported, the oil truck produced by CIMC Vehicles Co.,Ltd. will not only sell to domestic markets, but will also meet the demand of international market.
