Great Potentiality for Packaging Aluminum Foil Development

As an important industrial material, aluminum foil is widely used in automobile manufacture, textile, electronics, aviation, packaging, architecture, shipbuilding, etc.

At present, China annually consumes 161,300 tons aluminum foil. The largest consumption product is air-conditioned foil, and the second is cigarette foil. China is world largest producer and consumer of cigarettes. 35,000 tons aluminum foil are used in packaging cigarettes, accounting for 60£¥ of total double zero foil consumption. The third is decorative foil, which is used as heat insulation, wetproof and decorative material in building industry. The four types of aluminum foil above consume more than 70% of China total aluminum foil consumption. Medical foil, electronics foil, automotive foil and flexible packaging foil still keep low consumption, but have been the new ways for consumption increase in the market.
