10000T Aluminum Alloy Die-casting Project of Yiyang to complete in December

Early this year, Shenzhen Gelanda Group decided to construct 10000T aluminum alloy die-casting project in Yiyang, aimed at overall investment of 0.2 billion yuan. The office director Yin Wankun introduces to us that the first stage of the project is expected to be finished in December.

Other aluminum processing companies in Yiyang Industrial Park, like Hengji Aluminum, will also successively start production, enabling steady raw material basis for aluminum alloy die-casting project. In addition, Longyu (Yiyang) Electric Power is closing to here to ensure electric power for company production.

Yin Wankun says the whole project is divided into three stages. The first stage, with overall investment of 50 million yuan, is specialized in the production of small and medium-sized castings and is expected to finish in the end of this year. The second stage, with overall investment of 0.1 billion yuan, is specialized in the production of large castings and is said to begin construction in the first half of next year. The third stage, with overall investment of 50 million yuan, is specialized in the production of fine machining products of high added value and is planned for initial construction in the second half of next year.

After completion of the project, it is said to produce annually 20,000T die-casting pieces, gain 0.35 billion yuan sales income and 65 million yuan profits, consequently only the first stage can offer over 400 positions. The industry insiders show that the project will be a powerful drive to advance aluminum deep-processed capacity and promote aluminum industry base construction in Luoyang.
