Alkaline etching treatment before oxidation of aluminium pieces

Alkaline etching treatment for aluminum is claimed in which oxidizing agents at low concentration replace chromates and fluorides in the control of oxidizing.

Only by alkaline etching treatment can the dirt and oxide film of the aluminum pieces' surfaces can be removed.
