NFC announces board meeting results

Dec 15, China Non-ferrous Metal Industry’s Foreign Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. (NFC, code in Shenzhen Stock Exchange: 000758) held the 34th session of the fifth board meeting. The meeting discussed and adopted the " proposal of related-party transactions with China No.15 Metallurgical Construction Co., Ltd"

According to the proposal, China Nonferrous (Shenyang) Pump Co., Ltd. of the company will sign "Contract Agreement" with China No.15 Metallurgical Construction Co., Ltd by the means of pubilic bidding. And later, the China No.15 Metallurgical Construction Co., Ltd will bagged the "Diaphragm Pump Project" of the company.

The final settlement will be determined in accordance with the contract bidding as well as the amount of the fixed, rates and the actual amount of the work. Now, it is estabilished the amount will reach 95,435,977 yuan.
