Shandong LOFTEN's IPO files for verification

According to the plan, Shandong LOFTEN Aluminum Foil Industry Co.,Ltd expected to issue 19.5 million shares in the Shen Zhen Stock Exchange, with the total equity of 77.5million shares.

The company aims to fund money from the this Issue to invest the two key projects of the company: High-precision aluminium sheet production line with 50,000 tons of annual capacity as well as the aluminum profiles production line with 30,000 tons of annual capacity. It is released the total investment of the two projects will reach 333.36 million yuan.

About the company

Shandong LOFTEN Aluminum Foil Industry Co.,Ltd was established on August, 2000, and has registered funds of 48,000,000 RMB now. Its total property exceeds 152,000,000 RMB.

The main equipment of LOFTEN are the four-high non reversing aluminum foil rolling mill which has international advanced level and is manufactured by Italian MINO company, as well as national advanced grinding machine and annealing furnaces. The main product is plain aluminum foil used as household foil, pharmaceutical foil, container foil, adhesive tape foil, lamitube foil, heat-seal foil, bottleneck foil, etc.

It produces 30000 tons of the high accuracy aluminum foil each year and its annual production value is 160,000,000 RMB. There are 108 employees in our company, 90% are above Junior college's Educational background level ,12 persons have Deluxe title, 3 Doctor level masters of aluminum foil and 2 MBAs.
