Shandong Lipeng's IPO approved

According to the plan, Shandong Lipeng Co., Ltd. expected to issue 13.5 million shares in the Shen Zhen Stock Exchange, with the total equity of 53.5million shares.

The company aims to fund money from the this Issue to invest two key projects of the company: Aluminum composite security printing and bottle cap manufacturing production line as well as the technological transformation project of the high-grade aluminum bottle production line with the total investment of 1580million yuan.

Shandong Lipeng Co., Ltd. is founded in 1995, with a land area of 130000m2, a total assets up to 250 million Yuan. It mainly engaged in Aluminum Plate Plant, Aluminum & Plastic Plant, Machinery Molding Plant, Yantai Wo Chun CapMaking Co., Ltd. (Plate Printing Plant, Bottle Cap Plant), Chengdu Haichuan Cap Making Co., Ltd, Daye Jinpeng Caps Making Co.,Ltd. of Hubei, Beijing Penghe Packing Products Co., Ltd affiliated to it. The company is a sole specialized manufacturer providing integrated service in domestically producing and sales of aluminum Plate, aluminum Plate coating printing, various anti-fake and anti-theft aluminum cap, plastic cap and aluminum plastic cap, and producing full or semi-automatic production line, NC punching, computer, carving by computer designing, cold-punching mould, and injected mould for various kinds of caps. These product are welcome on markets of over 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China and Europe, America, Asia and Africa etc. By these, the company has become the largest production base and distributing center for anti-forging and anti-theft aluminum caps and the largest base for aluminum Plate coating printing.
