    Xiamen Xiashun Aluminum Foil Co., Ltd. Plans to Go to Hongkong for IPO in November

    According to the latest news, at least three companies will be listed in Hongkong Market in November, including Xiamen Xiashun Aluminum Foil Co., Ltd., the world largest food & beverage aluminum foil supplier.


     


    It is said that Xiashun Aluminum Foil Co., Ltd is founded in 1989 and specialized in producing ultra-thin and ultra-wide top-grade aluminum foil. With world most advanced and automatic aluminum foil production facilities, the company has been the largest leading manufacturer of top-grade aluminum foil in Asia. It is located in Haicangxin Industrial Area, Xiamen City, Fujian Province, and is wholly owned by China Hongkong Daqin Co., Ltd. with an overall investment of $ 0.2 billion. Its output was 49,000 tons in 2005 and will be up to 75,000 tons in 2007.


     


    Reportedly, Xiashun Aluminum Foil Co., Ltd. will try hard to enter the public market in a short period, and is expected to finish IPO in November. At that time it will raise funds of about HKD 1.56 billion to HKD 2.34 billion.
