Congratulate on the consummation of 2009 QUALISINO Foshan workshop

2009 QUALISINO workshop was held on November 23, 2009 in City hotel in Foshan. It was very honored to invite Professor Wang Zidao who was a senior expert in Chinese aluminum industry and was also chairman of non-ferrous metal institute in Guangdong Province. Many representatives of well-known domestic coaters as well as the curtain wall companies attended the meeting, including Guangya Aluminum, Xingfa aluminum, Fenglv Aluminum, Xinhe Aluminum, Haomei Aluminium, Silver 100 Aluminium, Kamkiu Aluminium, Huachang Aluminium and Permasteelisa group etc. A lot of  excellent coating suppliers attended the meetings too, including Akzo Nobel Powder coatings, Dupont Huajia Powder Coatings, Tiger powder coating as well as the Lily Industrial Coatings, etc. In addition, some well-known chemical suppliers also attended the meeting, including Henkel Surface Technology, Chemetall (Shanghai), and Guangzhou Parkerizing and so on.

It gave us great honor that we have invited Mr.Befeld who is the general manager of Befeld GmbH and has more than 20 years of experience in anodizing and coloring field. He shared the key factor during the anodizng and coloring process with us.

The workshop started at 9:20, first of all Mrs Jerry Li introduced present situation and marketing development of Qualisino in China as well as Qualicoat standards. After that Mr. Derek Ding who served in Qualisino marketing department gave a brief introduction of the filiform corrosion in Europe, including the cause of filiform corrosion, testing methods and how to prevent filiform corrosion. Then Mr.Befeld gave the technical presentation on anodizing and coloring. Finally Mr. Thomas Pahlke introduced the thyristor rectifier of Befeld GmbH.

The afternoon meeting mainly focused on the pre-treatment chemicals of aluminium. First Mr. Shan from Henkel introduced the company's successful application of non-ch romate pretreatment chemicals in China, as well as nickel-free agents for anodizing sealing.Then Mr. Li from Wecan introduced the Chemetall Cr6+ free chemicals used in aluminum pre-treatment industry and some information about anodizing sealing agents. Followed by the technical communication between attendants and foreign expert, the attendant was very interested in the process of anodizing and coloring and they put forward a lot practical problems which happened during the production in China. Mr.Befeld had a heated discussion with the guests and gave them satisfactory answer.
 
The workshop completed successfully thanks to the support of all the attendants. QUALISINO provided a good technical training and exchange platform, through technology exchange and technology sharing to further enhance Chinese aluminum producers of technical level and product quality. Qualisino also provided a good platform for the domestic aluminium companies to go abroad into the world.
