Russian aluminium major Rusal is likely to kick off a road show on 30 November for its initial public offering (IPO), organised by Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas (EPA:BNP), Bank of China (HKG:3988), Renaissance Capital and VTB Bank (MCX:VTBR), Prime-Tass reports today, citing a banking source.
The company will offer some 10% of its stock in Hong Kong and on Euronext Paris in the first half of December.
Earlier, Russian Vnesheconombank's (VEB) supervisory board decided to spend between USD500m (EUR333.8m) and USD600m on buying a 3% stake in Rusal through the IPO.
