Minmetals's Zhou meets delegation from Vale

Nov 19, president of Chinalco Zhou Zhongshu, together with the vice president Feng Guiquan received the delegation of Vale do Rio Doce (Vale), which leaded by the executive director of the ferrous metal and coal department Jose Martins. The both parties reached a consensus on further expand business cooperation.
President Zhou welcomed the delegation warmly, and he delivered his thanks to the Jose Martins's support on the cooperation projects. He indicated Minmetals Group will spare no effort to promote the cooperation between the two countries. As an experienced enterprise engaged in the iron ore operations, the company will strengthen the communication with the Vale do Rio Doce (Vale), and further expand business cooperation.
Mr Martins agreed with President Zhou, he said:" Vale will carry on the good cooperation relationship with Minmetals Group. Under the joint efforts of the both parties, China and Brazil has estabilished Entrepreneurs Committee. In 2009, China has surpassed the U.S. as Brazil's largest trading partner. We will adjust the business models to close to the Chinese market." He believed that Minmetals Group would become a great partner of Vale.
Later, the two parties exchange opinions on the concerned questions.
