At present, designed and manufactured by China, the first aluminum alloy dynamic car-body at a speed of 300km/h to complete in Qindao, which signifies that China has gained important achievements on dynamic car unit at a speed of 300km/h, and establishes a foundation for successful completion of dynamic car unit in the end of this year.

It is made of light aluminum alloy of thinnest part in only 1.5mm. The total weight of the whole car body is about 7 tons, enabling it to be the lightest dynamic car unit in the world. It is of excellent performance in energy saving and environmental protection. The car is designed as bearing structure, and is composed of large-scale hollow thin extrusion aluminum profile with strong rigidity and bearing performance.

Compared with dynamic car unit at a speed of 200km/h, dynamic car unit at a speed of 300km/h is of greater dynamic requirements, higher stability, and more complex technology. It is exclusively designed and made by China on the basis of introduction, utilization, and adoption. Consequently, China will be the fourth country to independently design and produce this type of dynamic car unit, followed by Japan, France and Germany.
