Recently, recombination of China nonferrous metal industry is obviously speeding up. The largest recombination project in this industry is happening between Chalco and Yunnan Copper Group. Zou Shaolu, CEO as well as general manager of Yunnan Copper Group, said that the cooperation between them only relates to external cooperative relations, excluding the issues among listed company under the two parties. In addition, the agreement stipulates clearly that Yunnan Copper Group works as a platform to exploit the copper resources under Chalco. The premise for their cooperation strengthens that some principles can’t change, such as the development concept of Yunnan Copper. Yunnan Copper will have a larger scale, greater forces and be more famous in the world copper industry.
