Spraying Production Line of ShengDa QianLiang Group Limited Put into Practise

"Although trapped in the financial crisis, the company has not been serious impacted since we operated on our own fund. On the contrary, benefited from the outstanding quality, the products of the company are still in short supply in the market", the general manager of HongKong ShengDa QianLiang Group Limited Hu Feng indicated. Direct at the situation of short supply, the company seize the opportunity to extend the factory building and speed up project construction.

August 28, 2009, the company launched the trial production of the spraying production line. Device companies, suppliers of raw materials and related leaders of the company inspected the trial production, which covers the trial production of tube, special-shaped material, door and window frame.

Later, the inspected items were carefully tested according to the GB5237.4-2004 standard by the company's QC. The results proved the successful trial production of the new spraying production line.

Recently, Mr. Cheng of the ShengDa QianLiang Group Limited released that the new spraying production line has been put into practice when interviewed by the China Aluminium Network.

It is reported that the new production line is the first phase of the project, which has an annual production capacity of 600 tons. The company will added another production line in the second phase of the project. When the whole project was completed, the company will equipped with an annual production capacity of 1200 tons.

HongKong ShengDa QianLiang Group Limited specializes in dealing with architectural door and window profiles, various industrial profiles and deep-processing aluminum products. The products are exported to Europe, Africa, America, Australia and China Mainland. It established Guangdong Manufacture Base in 1994 in China Mainland--------Foshan Shengda Qianliang Aluminum Co., Ltd. The company has 2 casting stoves, 6 aluminum extruding machines, 1 oxide coloring line, 1 electrophoresis production lines and 1 aluminum alloy plate production line. The total two planning phases include 12 extruding machines, 6 casting stoves, 2 oxidation lines, 2 electrophoresis lines, 3 coating lines, mechanical deep processing workshops and small piece oxidation workshops. The designed annual production capacity of aluminum profile and products is 50,000 tons. The first phase has been put into operation.
