Chinalco Holds Experience Exchange Meeting

Oct 19 to Oct 21, the management and reform experience exchange meeting of Chinalco was held in the Chinalco Guangxi Branch, General Manager of Chinalco, Xiongweiping, President Luojianchuan, Deputy General Manager Lv Youqing and the responsible person of the fifty-seven subsidiaries attended this meeting.

Eight Branches shared their experience with their partners; they introduced the experience they summed up in their fight against the difficulties, such as restructuring the company and the improvement of the personnel employment system.

Lv Youqing quoted the important speech of the SASAC Deputy Director Shao Ning on video conference and emphasized the balance between labor applications and income distribution.

On the meeting, Xingweiping stressed the importance of reform and innovation. He said:" the company should focus on the optimization, further practice the structural adjustment, and promote the scientific development of the companies."

The participants divide into groups for discussion, and figures out many specific comments and suggestions.

During the period of meeting, together with the staff of the Guangxi Branch, the participants studied the production lines and learn more about the company's management system.
